Project information

During my work life, I was assigned to find a solution for reducing the purchase orders. I found that most of the orders are from same vendors but due to save time, the purchase person always creates a new order when they have to order instead of looking for the open purchase order.

I developed an add on for the framework to merge the purchase orders with bunch of the options to choose from. Keeping in mind about people who try to merge orders from different vendors, it prevents them from doing it. The app has two options first to select how they want to merge the purchase order and what happens to purchase orders that are being merged and the second option being to select the purchase order that they want to merge.

This app serves the purpose of reducing the number of purchase order with the abilty to combine all the items that are being ordered in both purchase order into one.
